Resolved Question: Can I get the federal refund that was just passed?

I am a student, single, and I rent where I live near the university. my loans are pushed off for me to not pay anything until the end of my accademic career. Am I eligible for the stimulus refund? I started to file my taxes online (turbotax) and finished the federal portion, and the question never came up, so I wasn't sure what it took, if anything. Thanks in advance
