Voting Question: Is it possible to postpone student loan consolidation to wait for lower interest rates rates?

When I send in my Federal 1040, I know I must attach my Schedule A and Form 2441. But do I need to attach copies of my property taxes paid, student loan interest, and mortgage interest paid that I have deducted as well? I always have in the past, but it appears that it is not necessary. Thanks for the help!

Resolved Question: are there other scholarships that has NOTHING to do with federal issues? other than the FAFSA?

Resolved Question: Will I receive my federal tax? I found out that my wife has an unpaid student loan. We filed joint.?

Her dad was the cosigner of the student loan. My wife just recently went back to work. What will happen? She is currently trying to arrange payment plans. But will I still be responsible? Or her dad? Thank you.

Voting Question: Is it possible to postpone student loan consolidation to wait for lower interest rates rates?

I graduated 6 months ago with several federal student loans combining more than 40K. Is it better for me to consolidate now or stay put? Will the fed cutting lending rates (now 3%) affect the interest rates that loan consolidators offer? Will i be offered either variable or fixed rates if i consolidate?
